A good team effort from the girls today against Downsend school. Rain did not spoil play, even though it kept pouring down. Great examples of strong captainship from Abi as she communicated clearly with her team. Maisie in goal and Matilda in defence played well together and there were plenty of opportunities to practise short corners. There were also some really good examples of passing out to the wings and using the whole pitch. An excellent goal scored by Isla. Well played girls.
