What an amazing afternoon of hockey! The passing and teamwork was impeccable winning our first 2 games. The first against King Edward Witley 2 winning 4-0, we then went on to beat Bedales 3-1. A tough game next where we were put under extreme pressure by St Theresa''s, but managed to hold onto a 0-0 draw thanks to some excellent saves by Maisie, including a one handed block! In the next game we put the advice given into practice and remained much calmer under pressure using our stick skills to our advantage to maintain possession u til a space opened. We won the next game against King Edward Witley 1 1-0. We then had a tough game to finish, against Box Hill. After going 1-0 down we then got it back drawing 1-1. A very successful afternoon finishing in 2nd place just 2 points behind St Theresa''s. Well done team!
